All Leupold glasses, in addition to being able to be used as sunglasses, have advanced ballistic protection. Shatterproof lenses combined with the toughest non-metallic materials on the market will withstand ballistic impacts, extreme use, and inclement weather.

- “Guard-ion” hydrophobic lens coating that removes dirt and water to provide a sharp, clear and always clean image.
- “Daylight Max” coating that provides UV protection for optimal performance in bright conditions.
